Award shows..with TMZ who needs an award show?
With the Internet, who needs MTV to play videos?
What ever happened to the AMAs?
Why is this guy Tony giving out awards on TV at all? (sorry, poor attempt at humor)
Did anyone else ever watch the Daytime Emmys?
…and btw, look at “our” awards show..I feel good knowing there is no Chris Brown and we reign supreme :)

I guess my bottom line is.. Awards shows filled a need to see talent but now we can see talent faster than we can search their names, if you want to search their name, and especially when you don’t .. Say good bye to Award Shows..they were replaced with “likes” before Nielsen realized the real Jetson era was still in Arbitrons panties.

Just to clarify something. I ran lights for the Hairy Apes BMX set in the music hall. I did not turn the lights on before their set ended. The house light switch is up by the stage and no where near audio/lighting control. The house staff were the ones that hit the switch. It really sucked, because I was loving their stuff!
